Shipping & Returns

Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?

We will do our best to update your shipping address. Please email us at hello@elaniese.com, and we'll try to update your shipping address before your order is mailed.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We typically ship orders within 24 - 48 hours of receipt.

If you live within close proximity to our Washington, D.C. headquarters, then you could receive your package within 24 hours.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship throughout the United States.

Do you ship to APO addresses?

Yes, we do; however, your shipping process is slightly different from the rest of our customers. Since you are shipping to an APO address, we have to take your package to the Post Office and ship it there. Once we receive the tracking code from the Post Office, we will update your tracking information so you can track your order.

How can I track my order?

We will send you a tracking number to your email once your package has been shipped. Please track your order using our tracking page.

What's your return policy?

We accept unworn, unused clothing within 15 days of the clothing arriving at your door. In some instances, certain provisions will be made, but that will be determined on a case by case basis.

What sizes does e.Laniese offer?

We offer sizes S - 3XL and pants with a 34" inseam.

How will I know if the clothing will fit?

We provide product descriptions with the clothing, and they should provide you with insight as to how the clothing will fit. 

The e.Laniese clothing line has size charts included, so you’ll be able to determine if our clothes fit your body measurements.

Where are your products designed?

e.Laniese clothing was designed in Washington, DC.

Do you restock sold out merchandise?

We are in the process of transitioning our business from a boutique model our own clothing line, so we will NOT restock sold out clothing.

What is the Style Icon Reward Program? How can I join?

The e.Laniese Style Icon Reward Program allows customers to earn points towards future purchases. The more you shop, the more you earn. You are automatically enrolled in the program when you sign up for our email marketing program or when you make your first purchase.

How do I join the email list?

There are two ways to join our email list. First, when you enter our website, a pop up window will appear asking you if you want to join our email list. You can sign up there.

The e.Laniese emails are going to my promotional folder. How do I fix that?

Can I purchase coupons?

Unfortunately, we do not offer coupons. However, we run three promotions a year during Memorial Day, Labor Day and Black Friday/ Cyber Monday.
